Boys, boys boys, it is sometimes true that all good things must come to an end. If you are unsure of what you really want, it is important that you spend a day by yourself to figure it out. After this day alone, and you still want to end things, then go for it. Approach your lady and ask her if she would be up for taking a break for a few weeks, or a month. If she agrees, this will give you the time you need to make sure you want things to end. If worse comes to worse, you are already on a break, therefore breaking up with your girlfriend will be much easier now.
